BUFFALO SPECIALTY MEATS
Our ground bison is a healthy and lean alternative to beef and burgers taste great broiled or grilled or substituted in any of your favorite recipes calling for ground meat. There is very little shrinkage on the grill due to their low fat content. Patties are individually formed and separated by waxed paper and shrink wrapped in plastic. Prepare much like other burgers but reduce the cooking time to only 5 minutes per side on most gas grills set to medium heat. Ground meat comes in 1 lb packages. Mmmmmm! |

We make an Award Winning Buffalo Summer Sausage as well as Bratwurst. Our Summer Sausage contains 10% beef and is 94% lean and ready to slice and eat. Our Brats may be prepared like any others but reduce the cooking time to 8-10 minutes total whether your are using a gas grill, charcoal briquettes, or frying in a skillet. And don't forget, they are a healthful and tasty substitute in any traditional European dishes calling for bratwurst. Our Italian Sausages are both 100% buffalo meat with no fillers or by products and a healthy alternative that are unbelievably delicious! |
